Berlin. December 12, 2016.
text & form GmbH, a Berlin-based language services provider is committed to providing custom and innovative solutions for its customers. That does not mean, however, that established standards fall by the wayside. The medium-sized provider of translation and localization services is proud to be certified according to ISO standard 17100.
Following the European DIN EN 15038 standard, ISO 17100:2015 provides requirements for translation services with respect to core processes, resource management and IT security. Its goal is to set standards that ensure high-quality translation services. text&form received the ISO 17100 certification after completing a two-day audit at the Berlin-based translation agency’s office, which it passed with bravura.
“This certification formally confirms what has been standard practice at text&form all along,” says Katrin Marheinecke, Business Process & Quality Manager at text&form. “Our customers know that we deliver high-quality translation services and adhere to strict quality control protocols – thanks to our exceptional team.”
With the ISO 17100 certification, the company has now proven that its customers can rely on controlled processes, high project transparency and maximum IT security.
