Held on April 13, one day before the tekom conference begins, the tekom-OpenLab in Berlin, Germany, is an “unconference” that aims to bring together professionals in the technical communication business in an informal setting. Participants will be able to give and attend ad-free presentations, take part in discussions and network with other attendees. This year, the unconference will focus on “soft skills” in the context of technical communication.
